CWCS Book Club
The world is a classroom and we were made to be lifelong students. As Christians we should always strive to grow in our relationship with God and we should work to refine and grow where God has planted us. For the majority of us we have all been blessed by becoming parents with the responsibility to raise our children in the fear and admonition of the Lord. Parenting isn't easy but thankfully God has gifted many talented people with the ability to create aids for Christian families who strive to raise their children in a biblical manner.
The below books are a few of the books that CWCS has adopted as tools for our staff and families in hope that they might be edifying to all of us as we partner to grow our children biblically.

Lou Priolo
Many Christians see conflict as a dirty word - something wrong to be avoided at all costs. After all, aren't Christians to be peacemakers who strive to maintain unity? But, Lou Priolo reminds us, many other things that the Bible exhorts us to do - including its commands to convict, rebuke, and admonish other Christians - make conflict a necessary part of Christian life.

Tedd Tripp
Shepherding a Child’s Heart is about how to speak to the heart of your child. The things your child does and says flow from the heart. Luke 6:45 puts it this way: “…out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks.” Written for parents with children of any age, this insightful book provides perspectives and procedures for shepherding your child’s heart into the paths of life.
