Our Approach

Tuition fees are a significant factor for families in determining whether or not private education is a suitable option.  We understand this decision is not easy and it takes much prayer and consideration and in most cases sacrifice.

At CWCS we understand this is not an easy decision and we work to budget a portion of our projected income for tuition assistance.  We are partnering with FACTS Management to help us make wise decisions on what tuition assistance amounts are most feasible for our families and our school.  Using FACTS Management, CWCS is also afforded the opportunity to not have detailed financial information for our families.  Their system and formula used to determine financial aid helps hundreds of schools and thousands of families.

Letter to our Families

Dear Parents,

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for Colorado West Christian School for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by 30 Jun 2022.  FACTS Grand & Aid Assessment will require an additional log-in from your normal FACTS Management.  Applicants may apply online by clicking the FACTS link at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:

• Copies of your 2021 Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.

• Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.

All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf or jpeg format online.  Additionally, there is a $35 application fee that will be paid by the applying family.
